FWIW, I use it myself in my writing. It is truly the defendant's defense: if it is unsuccessful, it's not the lawyers who go to jail. However, I think Holmes will testify and her fate will depend on that testimony. That will be riveting if it is video'd. Will she use the low voice or the real voice??
