Yeah, we also have to do our part and beat UCLA, and I'm on record as saying that it will be an uphill climb.
Even if both of those happen, there will be #16 Arkansas at #2 Georgia, #13 Ole Miss at #1 Georgia Alabama, #4 Oklahoma at #25 Kansas State, and #8 Cincinnati at #12 Notre Dame. I think all of them would be more appealing to the good folks at ESPN than a match-up of #3 Oregon and (currently) unranked Stanford. I don't know that we'd be ranked after a win against UCLA given the scars from the K State game, and at most we'd be at the bottom of the top 25.
All of this is a long way of saying is that the odds of a 4-0 Oregon meeting a 3-1 Stanford would be less than 50:50, but even if it were to happen, the odds of that game being chosen for GameDay are pretty low.

I doubt Game Day will be at a game not on an ESPN/ABC telecast so that means
#16 Arkansas at #2 Georgia, - possible, game is on ESPN at noon ET
#13 Ole Miss at #1 Georgia Alabama, - no, game is on CBS
#4 Oklahoma at #25 Kansas State, no, game is on FOX
#8 Cincinnati at #12 Notre Dame. - no, game is on NBC
