To me the biggest news about the scrimmage was the fact Alex Carter started, Terrence Brown made every tackle, and Stanford seems to have four very capable CBs.  I'm still not convinced the Free Safety position isn't that strong, but having solid CBs, with a strong pass rush will mitigate that position's weakness as much as possible.

Carter and Lyons were the #2 CBs with Brown and Browning as the #1s.  per another report Amanam and Harris were the nickel CBs.  Pippens is running at #5 CB.

for Stanford, this is a very deep group.
