Got 'em! Lots of mistakes, yet we still prevailed. Monster game from Brink. Tara said repeatedly she was the difference and how proud of her she is.
If you would have told me before the game we would get sub-par performances from Lexie and Jones (although she did do a nice job on Berger), I would have thought there would be no way for us to win.
Not trying to pick on her, but I'm still scratching my head as to why Wilson is getting so many minutes. She hardly contributed today, even defensively. She has trouble feeding the post, is offensively timid, handed them a layup at the end of the game...I don't get it. Maybe I'm not giving her enough credit for her leadership. Jump's defense has improved a ton and she's so much better offensively. It was nice seeing Hamilton out there too. Looks like she can be a contributor.
