The other foul that was apparently left at a personal foul was after the play was over. I thought it was a delay of game technical foul where a MD player interfered (to the head) with a Stanford player collecting the ball after the end of the play.
AH... Why it would have looked like a technical foul: Rule 4.9.1.f on Delay provides for a first-time warning (2nd results in a technical foul)
ND vs Oregon State. Oregon State was down 22 in the last minute of the 3rd Quarter.
At the end of the game, they were down 2 with 18 seconds left. They had 2 shots and then 2 FT (with a potential rebound), but they wound up short.
Maya Dodson did well in the post-game interview.
