I feel like it probably isn’t a coincidence that Stanford found a way to limit turnovers in both games against SC. Hopefully this can become a trend.

You are correct. USC is #340 in the nation in forcing TOs. We committed just 1 fewer TO than they force on average. This was not "us doing well" on that front; it was basically par for the course for USC's defense.

Limiting our TOs to opponents' averages (or below, but baby steps...) in coming Pac-12 games would be fantastic and show up in the W/L column for sure. We have still been winning games despite not doing so in any other conference game so far. Hopefully a corner gets turned here.
