For the benefit of the NET non-gurus, are Quad calculations locked in on game day or do they evolve as the season wears on to reflect the changing fortunes of an opponent?

I believe they evolve. For instance, we want UW to keep winning so our away loss becomes Quad 2 and thus less bad. Same with Colorado - if they rise a few spots our away loss becomes Quad 1. Oregon rising a few spots means our home win becomes Quad 1 as well. An away loss @ Eugene is already Quad 1 so not too bad (and a win would be fantastic).
