It is also interesting that all this JVG talk is being spawn by her lights out shooting, when she actually was much more of a pass first guard in high school if I remember correctly - so in that way if it develops, will give us a different look than Jump.

Jana was definitely a distributor in HS, but she was also a scorer and a strong 3-point shooter. While not a Wilson/Hull type of defender, she is getting better and better at moving her feet, staying in front of whoever she is guarding, and fighting through screens. She also jumped the passing lanes on two occasions that I recall, which is consistent with her high steals numbers from HS too.
