As I was watching the Hulls and Anna, I was lamenting the fact that next year when there is a ball on the floor I can no longer assume, Lexie or Lacie or Anna will grab it.
On a related note, if you force a jump ball with a tie-up, do you get credit for a steal if the possession arrow favors your team? Really, you should get credit for 1/2 of a steal, regardless of the possession arrow. Does anyone keep track of tie-up stats? If so, I'm thinking Lexie might be the NCAA career leader.
Regarding, Ashtyn I'd love to see some better low post moves. One of the moves from last night resulted in an off-balance fadeaway jumper. There is no excuse for that when you have good position and a much smaller defender.
Final note: Lacie is now our top 3-pt shooter!
.452 Lacie
.424 JVG
.413 Hannah
.388 Lexie
