Tiger has said many times he won't play if he cannot walk the course.

Given the publicity that has *practice* round generated, I don’t think Tiger would even have to cite the ADA for the PGA to give him an exemption to use a cart, but probably good for him not to ask for it.

Tiger riding a cart - will not happen.  Here's why:  During the discussion in 2000 when Casey Martin challenged the PGA, Tiger was on the record that Martin, his teammate in 1994, should not be allowed to use a cart.  No one in Augusta could ignore the hypocrisy.
