The first Stanford basketball game I recall seeing was their 1974 opener against LSU with both Bratz and Kelley.  I'd attended Stanford football games since Plunkett, but this was the first basketball game.  I was 12 years old and crazy about basketball...my dad had played collegiate ball (said his toughest opponent was Louie Dampier, who just started launching and making what would today be three point shots) and another 1/2 dozen members of my family.  Very high scoring game, Stanford won 92-80.

I'd forgotten that Mike Bratz was a Warrior for two seasons.
