I have an individual who works for me with that kind of profile. It's not uncommon, and it's difficult to understand on a superficial basis. I get that.
With respect to Mrs. Montana, I know what shyness and social anxiety are. That wasn't it, to put it mildly.

Right. Which is why I wrote "aloof" (fine). Completely fine with it. No one bothered Montana at his kid's game. In fact, I've run across a number of celebrity athletes at various competitive tournaments. My kid and Jesse Sapolu's are the same age, same as mine and John Paye's. Met both of them, it was fine. (I'd tackled Paye in high school, he didn't remember. Was a terrible tackle).
