Fantastic round by Brown and a very solid round by Wu! Fingers crossed they can keep it going tomorrow and at least make the cut.

Tiger...well he'll probably strike a farewell pose on the Swilcan Bridge tomorrow. He will be eligible to play the next two Opens at St Andrews, likely to be in 2027 and 2032 but doubtful he will be a contender. I expect he will always come back to The Open at the Old Course it's his favorite course in the world.

I was surprised to learn that the low amateur at the majors does NOT automatically get into next year's tournament
