Yes, but will the players need to be distracted by things like classes? It is so wasteful of training time to have to pretend to go to classes. It might cut down on who you can hire if they have to have graduated from high school. Just make them employees in this NFL-fodder league. And why are schools the only organizations in the entity? Why not the "Tuscaloosa Tusks", or maybe the "Juul Juggernauts", and the like? Outside people can pay the players to play or lose, whichever makes them the most money. When the CTE & PED class-action suits hit, the existing entity can just declare bankruptcy and be replaced by a new one.
