 Never understand why people yell insulting things at others. It's so childish and classless. 

While generically agree, it is certainly not rare. 

The Oregon fans briefly chanted "F*** the Mormons" in the clip that is circulating. A certain number of fans joined in, but it petered out after about three cycles. I haven't seen anything as to whether this was repeated throughout the game. 
At Stanford games, I have heard chants of "F*** the Trojans". 
I've seen UC Berkeley shirts stating "F*** Stanford".
etc. etc. 

Now if the Oregon fans had merely chanted "F*** the Cougars" presumably we would never have heard about this. 
I still wouldn't have liked it.
