The 1990 game in South Bend will always be in my memory, but not because I was there. I was in Arizona, at my father’s funeral. After the service the family was at my mom’s house and my brother came into the house and said to me, “Sit down, and don’t get too excited.” I sat down, but I probably did get too excited. Always nice to beat ND in SB.
