Still an enigma. He has the arm talent for sure but way too many interceptions. His receivers at the moment are C-level guys but they made some nice catches and actually helped him out quite a bit against the Eagles. The Texans RB is a burgeoning star. Mills should be playing way better than last year but the Texans really struggle in pass protection and being an NFL QB is not easy.

Also, I feel obligated to repeat what I’ve been posting for years: Trevor Lawrence is never going to be a quality NFL starter and is one of the most overrated NFL prospects of all time.

Lawrence has shown some improvement.  He has all the skills. Don’t know about the ”intangibles “. Takes time. Especially when it’s on a lousy team.  That goes for all the second year QBs. Mills included.  Gaining consistency and avoiding mistakes. Mills has a good RB.  Receivers are meh.  At best.  Houston will have a high first. We will see, I think, what they think of Mills through that draft.
