The combination of Mills' performance and the Texans' draft slots makes it very likely they'll draft somebody among CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, or Will Levis.

I don't see it with Levis.  so far, he has not looked great in the SEC this year.  may be more INTs than TDs.  not much on the ground etc.

I haven't been impressed either but from what I've seen some scouts disagree and still think he's top tier. In any case, after seeing what Josh Allen has become in the NFL no amount of college crappiness will make me rule out a toolsy player.
