While the Ws were still there, what was not to like? Now we are at that juncture where the Ws have been gone for a while and don't look as if they will be returning anytime soon. Muir, MTL and the others clearly do not want to face that reality or simply don't care. That list of attributes is still good even without the Ws (or so they probably reason). And if he starts winning again, all the better. Hence, no urgency to act.
And that's the issue, folks.
Yeah, the question seems to be how many more 3-9 type seasons do we need to endure before they feel they have to do something. Time will tell.
