Brink (9.7 ppg) is fourth and Jones (7.3 ppg) is seventh. Our top three are Iriafen (13.7 ppg), Jump (11.3) and Betts (10.3).
We have an incredible six women who have attempted 10 or more shots and have a >60% FG%, led by Iriafen who is hitting better than 80% of her shots. Perhaps more impressive is Hannah Jump, who is hitting 2/3 of her shots and 2/3 of her three pointers. More broadly, we have six women who have attempted 5 or more three pointers and hit at least 40% (Jump, Prechtel, Nivar, Demetre, and Bosgana).
Four women have averaged at least 5 rebounds per game. Brink leads the team with 7.3, but Betts has 6.7, Iriafen has 6 reb/game and Jones has 5.
Le polo has come back to earth, but still leads the team with 17 assists to only 5 turnovers. Jones is second with 14 assist, but 7 turnovers, and the third leading assist maker is Demetre, who has six assists and no turnover.
It will surprise no one that Brink leads the team in brinks (shot blocks) with 12 (4 blocks per game), and Betts has 6.
Jump leads the team with 3 steals. Four others have two each.
11 players have at least 10 minutes per game, but only two (Jones and Jump) have more than 20 The bench will, of course, shorten, and if we settle on a top 8, looks like it would be Jones, Jump, Lepolo, Brink, Demetre, Iriafen, Nivar, Bosgana, and Emma-Nnopu based on play to date, but it’s hard to believe that Betts won’t get more time. Crazy that Belibi is so low on the list of minutes, but that could be because of her recent injury. But it’s always a good sign for the future when your freshmen (Lepolo and Betts) and sophomores (Demetre, Iriafen, Bosgana) are getting more minutes than some seniors. (Belibi and Prechtel).

Iriafen has been the best offensive player on the team thus far (it’s been Brink on Defense). But the real test will be who can score against South Carolina. In the final four last year against UConn, Jones and Brink scored 60% of the team’s points.
So far, Haley Jones's O has been AWOL. She'd better pick it up before South Carolina arrives. Blowouts like this don't help one iota.
