Since there are old guys here.  Steve Thurow’s granddaughter signed to play Lacrosse at Stanford next year

Would love to know if the granddaughter knows who Chantal Spurgeon is.
Chantal played lacrosse at Stanford, on the MENS team, 1976, my final year.  (There was no women's team then.)  She lived in my dorm, Paloma, and we'd all turn out to cheer her on.

Always respected women who played on men's teams. I remember playing golf against a girl in high school, her name was Juli Simpson. I shot a 94 against her in a match at Pasatiempo. She shot a 76. Today, her name is Juli Inkster...
