I'm happy to admit when I'm dead wrong about a Stanford player. During 2009, in his limited action, I was very unimpressed by Stepfan. Perhaps it was the contrast between he and Toby, but I did not think he had what it takes to excel at RB in the Pac10/12. I was one of those hoping Wilkerson would break out and take over the #1 spot in 2010. Clearly, I should not be paid to evaluate football talent. Stepfan just gets better and better and does all of the unrecognized things, like picking up the blitz.

It couldn't happen to a nicer guy. I've been impressed by his demeanor and personality as well. Hopefully he'll get a decent shot at the next level.

Kudos to Stepfan and thanks for carrying the team this year (along with the TWU)
