I like that he seems confident and comfortable in his own skin, and that he cited his time with Whittingham and Petersen as influencing his development as a coach.

Found it kind of fascinating that he said he wants assistants with “no ego.” Seemed like an unscripted moment to me, but perhaps those sentiments will also apply to players? I actually think that would be OK, probably, tho not necessarily how you recruit every five star.
