Plus, nobody can correctly pronounce their country name.  Sounds like "gutter?"

I read an article that says basically no one pronounces the name properly if they don’t speak Arabic. But they said “Ka-TARR” is closer than “Cutter.” I paid attention because Cutter is the way I always thought was the right one.
