Because she hasn't played enough minutes to accumulate the stats of some other players, Cam's often ignored when people talk about the very best players in the country.  This is despite Stanford's unquestionable success from the moment she stepped on campus. People have seen her play in the NCAA tournament and have seen Stanford win 10 tournament games over the past 2 seasons (tied with South Carolina for the most of any team in the country), but other Stanford players (like Jones or even Prechtel) were designated the heroes in many of those wins.  Yesterday Brink was the clear hero against one of the top-branded teams in WBB (in a network-televised game) and there was no way viewers could ignore her impact.  She's got the attention now.  I suspect she will continue to justify it.

Well said OC.  Thank goodness we will have her for another year, which will allow her to shine after Boston's departure, and give her more time to continue to make progress on her fouls.  Of course the best situation would be if we won a natty this year--then the spotlight would really be on her heading into next year. 

So let's go win a natty, for Brink's sake.  (And everyone elses!)
