If Dante had divined a 9th circle of journalism hell, the reporters in the three mouths of Satan would undoubtedly be Bill Plaschke, Skip Bayless, and Rick Reilly. While I like that he's supporting our man Mr. Luck, I'm irritated that he's essentially cribbing a piece that appeared in the New York Times two days ago. Sure, there's none of Reilly's brilliant metaphors and folksy phrasing, but there's a much deeper statistical analysis. I recommend it highly.
