Who were the hardest pitchers to hit over the course of a career? (Basically, the best four with the lowest hit/per nine innings ratio).

In San Francisco HS baseball it’s Frank Bertaina, Sacred Heart 1958-1961. Undefeated.

Frank was a good pitcher, averaged 8.7 hits given up per nine innings in his 6 year MLB career.  If he'd had enough innings, that would have ranked him in the high 490s, among MLB pitchers.
