Bob Welsh is second all time. Also ‘ 88.  Rick Honeycutt had 4 in a 4 inning relief appearance. Bobby Witt had done that a couple days earlier.

The top 17 team balk totals in baseball history are from 1988. They called over 900 balks that year. Changed the rule the next year.
