Even with the success of our women's team, I keep looking at tennis results, hoping to recognize a name (man or woman) as a Stanford alum, to no avail.

It's only on these rare instances, such as Fery at Wimbledon, that it happens.

Of course, the best players don't go to college, but I hope that some of our better players would at least be in the hunt for the quarterfinals once in a while.
