Bravman is well known to a generation of Stanford alums, for better and for worse. 

He belongs on the short list. Kind of seems like an "all in" guy with a deep appreciation for Stanford, including, I think, athletics.

I'm sure he'd be at least a little interested in the Stanford job, though of course he also might be content to stay where he's at.
