Maybe we were a little asleep at the start of the game! But another great free kick score from Aikey!!

• Seven minutes into the contest Henley Tippins played a ball from the baseline back towards the penalty spot and Emma Davis lasered a shot into the bottom right corner giving Georgetown an early 1-0 lead.
  
• GU continued to press the Cardinal backline and was able to record five shots in the first 30 minutes of action.
  
• GU and Stanford went back and forth the rest of the half, but GU was able to take the 1-0 lead into halftime.
  
• Stanford came out of the half and pressed the Hoya backline generating five shots to the Hoyas three in the first 20 minutes of the second half.
  
• With five minutes remaining in the second half, Stanford earned a free kick 20 yards out and Jasmine Aikey was able to bend it around the wall into the top left corner for the equalizer.
