You're not wrong. Beating that drum is only half productive as half the Brothers Grimm are still around...and we have no leverage. In retrospect, no one should give an unduly long leash to a coach who isn't following good quality control and management practices. Evidence of player development and execution should be paramount. Good results should follow from that.
