True. It depends on how quickly the court case can move and what the outcome of the case is. I obviously don't know about either, but I am guessing that if one party wants to delay, they can push it well into the new year. There are no guarantees though. I would imagine Harbaugh thinks coaching against Penn St. (probably) and Ohio St. (almost assuredly) is critically important. Getting to the postseason at the top level is job 1.
