Tara's strategy to run Belmont ragged worked.  By the fourth quarter Belmont was obviously tired, unable to sustain its close defense, missing shots, and we went from a 1 point lead at the half to a 19 point win.

Brink played almost all the second half after sitting almost all the first half, and obviously our offense AND our defense are much better with her in the game.  27 points and 16 rebounds, mostly in the 2nd half.  Zounds.

Jump finished strong with two made threes, making her inexplicably miserable start fade a bit.  Iriafen finished with 14 points and 9 rebounds.  She started very hot and kept us in the game when Brink was sitting.

Interesting that Harriel seems to be the back up point guard at this point.  Clardy may be coming along. 

Ogden, quietly, did a very good job.  Only 16 minutes but she led the team with assists at 4, and added 7 points, 4 rebounds, and a steal. 

Was glad to see Lepolo finally knock down a three.  Can't accuse her of not being sufficiently aggressive this time--she took 5 shots.  But sadly only made one. 

Nice to see Demetre's shot coming back, tonight 2/4 from three. 

Now, time to move on to Florida State, which looked superb and is rising in the rankings.  I will post a preview later.
