We had a couple off bad experiences with the accessible seating for basketball last year. My wife found her seat, someone else came along and said it was his seat. When turning to the redcoat for assistance, he agreed it was her seat but that "he always sits there" and placed her behind the flagpole for the rest of the game.
The next time she came to a game, different seat, different redcoat. Someone was sitting in this seat. She told the redcoat, he not only immediately ousted that squatter, he checked in with her a few times during the game to make sure she was okay.
From the Watching Too Many Crime Shows category, this season I was walking to Maples to attend the Hawaii game and the football team was practicing. Walked past the first redcoat, said hello. The second one was a little more chatty. As I walked away, he said, "Go Cards!" and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. He's a @#$@ spy for Oregon State!! was my first thought.
