UCLA QB Dante Moore to enter the portal per Matt Zenitz of PFF College on the X site.

This is a bit of a "wow" for Kelly and UCLA. Moore was supposed to be the "QB of the future" starting in 2023. That obviously didn't pan out. He just wasn't very good. UCLA was a much better team with Garbers playing than with Moore. It could be argued Moore was tossed into the deep end before he was ready. Kelly doesn't have much right now for 2024. Garbers will be back, and if healthy he could be "just fine" as the Bruin QB. Staying healthy is a big if however. Getting somebody from the portal is a possibility, but that is never a "sure thing".
