One thing that surprised me was seeing us play so much slowdown on offense. Very often Lepolo would dribble out 10 seconds or more of the shot clock before looking to initiate the offense with a pass or drive. I suppose it was a strategy to limit Utah's possessions. It's just so unusual for a Stanford team other than when solidly ahead in the last minute or two.
