22 hours before the game, the PAC-12.com schedule is showing tomorrow's P12BAHD having a 1.5 hour "College Basketball" (men's) at 2PM and 0.5 hour "Women's College Basketball" at 3:30PM . (As a result, Sling is showing the same thing.)
Once again, I'll point out that Dustin Rocke seems to be the PAC-12 person responsible for this fiasco. Whoever it is, didn't go "Oops" and fix the problem after the last time.
By the way, this 2021 Wilner article (if paywalled, try this secondary source) may possibly shed light on how TV games are picked by the networks. It's about football, but maybe the same or some variant goes for WBB.
As a reminder, likely, every Stanford WBB win for the remainder of at least this season will be setting a new record for most wins for a coach. I'm hoping Sunday's game is the first in years' worth of setting records.
Comcast shows the Stanford game on the main Pac-12 channel. It shows what you describe on the Pac-12 Bay Area channel. So I should be able to DVR it fine, but on the main channel it's more likely something that runs long will preempt the start, as happened Friday. So they really should run it on both.
