It's hard to tell from the article if Troy is actively engaged with UCLA or just someone they expressed interest in.  If he is talking to UCLA you have to question his commitment to rebuilding Stanford football over the long-term.  Not a good sign for recruiting if word goes out he is looking around for the highest bidder.
