I don't think you can say that about OR now that they beat tOSU.

The only reason OR (likely) won the game was tOSU QB pulled a reverse Chris Webber and forgot to get down before the time ran out, even though Ohio State was already in field goal range.
Credit to Oregon for winning, but if that game was in Columbus, I highly doubt Oregon would have won.
Oregon is a solid team, but they remind me of the 2014 Florida State team (who ironically got smashed by Oregon in the CFP semifinals) who keep escaping with wins (Oregon barely beat Idaho and Boise already at home besides for tonight's contest).
I also, while making references to this season so far for UW, UO, USC and UCLA, was indicating how I expect them to do generally across multiple seasons in the Big 10. Oregon is starting a sixth year senior QB transfer, and the Ducks have literally not developed a QB since Justin Herbert. Maybe Oregon continues to get results from transfer QBs, but the alternative is Florida State and DJ Uiagalelei when the transfer doesn't work out (or maybe even Justin Lamson starting for us :) ).
