I think it would be a big mistake to fire Coach TT after a season and a half of Stanford head coaching.
Especially considering the decimated roster he inherited as Coach Shaw exited.
It would not suddenly improve the team nor the recruiting.
And would not make Stanford a more attractive place for a prospective coach to consider.

+1 also. You can't compare how things went after Harbaugh was hired and now.  I think there is going to be a major risk of losing a good player when one of your recruits blows up in his Freshman year.  How much NIL money would be tossed in the direction of a McCaffery or Love type player.
