I was wondering where schools got their scholarship openings for their transfer students. It would be terrible if they are cutting off student-athletes who had been on scholarship (and NIL). If they did that, then you’d think that their reputation would discourage any new student-athletes from going there unless they were seniors. 

So, the schools develop a habit for transfer athletes, leaving development to other schools.  Freshmen need not apply,..

If the NCAA put limits on roster numbers per class (years left to end of eligibility)….
