I'm afraid Kal is just the better team this year.
The better team, however, doesn't always win.
That's what I'm counting on for Thursday.

Yes, we can hope.

Playing at Maples has been much, much better for us than on the road, so there is that.  I also think our inexperienced team has the greater opportunity for improvement and they have been showing signs.  Ijiwoye is a factor now and she really wasn't on December 13.  December 13 is about the time we realized how other teams were going to deny us the three point line and we have been working on our response ever since.  So I do think we will  perform better than in December.  We have certainly not reached our ceiling and so every game there is a chance that the puzzle pieces may fall in place.

Whether all of that is enough for a win remains to be seen.
