A good win for the Cardinal even though CSUN played without their top scorer Adams who was also a 1st team All Big West member. He was out with an injury.

I was able to watch the last 12 minutes or so. Stanford played a lot of zone defense. CSUN ended up beating it pretty regularly to get good shots. They just didn't make too many of them. I wonder why Coach Smith opted for so much zone over man-to-man.

The announcers really like Stanford. Each of them picked Stanford to make the final 4 in NYC.

ESPN has the second round game set for Sunday, time TBD.

The final four is in Indianapolis, not NYC.
