IMO this is a horrible "look" for Stanford. Would TT have been fired if the stories about his misconduct had not become public? Events give the perception that Stanford's behavior is not guided by doing the "right thing" even when nobody is looking. It will be interesting to know if TT is getting paid his buyout or was "fired for cause" and will not. I am guessing the former. Stanford doesn't want to face a lawsuit, even if it one they would "win".

Honestly, it's not ideal, but it's still the better outcome than if he had remained, so I'll take it.
