i was distressed to read on the other board last thursday that luck & taylor had addressed the team. luck had to have been informed of the investigations before he took the gm job last november, right? he should have had a contingency plan for the eventuality that this potential fiasco would become a genuine fiasco if it leaked and that it probably would leak at some point.
what bothers me the most is the hubris stanford's leadership--muir, levin, luck--displayed in thinking this could be swept under the rug and kept there.
i say this knowing full well that this could be a situation which was vastly overblown in some fashion and/or a product of the times--snowflake generation, personality clash, thin-skinned even in the face of an alleged "equal opportunity ********."
