Back when I was a grad student in the '80s, you were lucky if you got on-campus housing for even your first year. I wasn't that lucky. I'm glad that it has gotten much better and hope it doesn't regress too much.

Next year, there could be a drop in foreign students, particularly from China. The increase in undergrads may offset decreases in grad enrollment.

The plan was to phase undergrads out of EVGR over the next few years. If they are expecting pressure on graduate enrollment, they may slow that transition.
