Coach Reich needs to find a real special teams coach. Bob Gregory went to kal, alas. Can't let a 34-yd Kenney attempt get blocked.
The OC needs to either evolve really quickly or be replaced. I don't know whether it's possible to "get it" mid-season, but it seems analogous to a +800 FIDE rating improvement. Feels like someone is still learning how to takeoff and land when we need someone to take a fighter jet out for a near-peer dogfight (guns only).
BG is probably the person who has the highest possibility for improvement. Can't play scared, gotta be more accurate, gotta learn to see the game quicker. He can learn. The adults in the room I'm more worried about since they're more set in their ways.
