Brevin is the obvious comparison here.
Ebuka is a better shooter and scorer of course, lots of point guards were.
I don't think Ebuka is quite as quick, but I think he is the closest on that score that we have seen in a pg.
However, Ebuka only has 4 total assists so far. Not sure how many Brevin had at this point but one of his magical qualities was to get other guys baskets who had ... limited offensive skills.
