Looked legal to me immediately from the stadium replay.  I think the receiver was already in shock that such a catchable ball had just bounced off his solar plexus...and then a human shockwave followed that up.  Probably took the air out of the Wisco kid and likely nothing more, but you always have to give due diligence following big hits.  I guess Richards had already built up a head of steam assuming that he'd have to cause a fumble (or force an airborne receiver out of bounds :p).
